- 55g Cocoa powder
- 4 Medium eggs

- 55g Carnation caramel
- 100g All purpose flour
- 55g white chocolate
- 55g Milk chocolate
- 2 Bars of Galaxy caramel

In order to start our Easy guide for Galaxy caramel brownies, you first need to preheat your oven to 190 degrees C (350 degree C). As well as this, you also need to prepare your brownie tin by greasing the bottom and sides. On the other hand, you can also use baking paper to line your tin. Additionally, we also suggest weighing out your ingredients before you start, as this will make it easier.
Begin making you Galaxy caramel brownies by filling a large saucepan a quarter full with hot water and put over a low heat. Next, rest another saucepan or heat proof bowl on the rim of the pan and add your butter and chocolate Continue stirring until the mixture has melted, then take it off of the heat.

Once your mixture has reached the perfect consistency, pour over the melted butter mixture and gently fold the mixture until fully combined. Additionally, it is important not to beat the mixture at this stage as you don’t want to knock out the air. After you have combined this, slowly start adding your cocoa and flour, continuing to fold gently as you go until everything is combined. Although this may take a but of time, it is however important not to rush the folding process.
Add your carnation caramel chocolate chips and chunks of Galaxy caramel and fold again.
