As well as this, you also need to prepare your brownie tin by greasing the bottom and sides. On the other hand, you can also use baking paper to line your tin. Additionally, we also suggest weighing out your ingredients before you start, as this will make it easier.
Begin making you Galaxy caramel brownies by filling a large saucepan a quarter full with hot water and put over a low heat. Next, rest another saucepan or heat proof bowl on the rim of the pan and add your butter and chocolate Continue stirring until the mixture has melted, then take it off of the heat.
After you have removed your mixture from the heat, leave it to cool whilst you complete the next step. Using a separate bowl, sieve through your flour and cocoa, making sure that you have removed any lumps. Again, using a different bowl; break your eggs and add your caster sugar. Next, whisk these together at high speed until the mixture has become stiffer, doubled in size and become much paler.
Although you can use a hand whisk to mix, we suggest using an Electric whisk as it takes less time and gives better results. As well as this, you also need to whisk your carnation caramel and cut 1/2 bar of Galaxy caramel into chunks.
Once your mixture has reached the perfect consistency, pour over the melted butter mixture and gently fold the mixture until fully combined. Additionally, it is important not to beat the mixture at this stage as you don’t want to knock out the air. After you have combined this, slowly start adding your cocoa and flour, continuing to fold gently as you go until everything is combined. Although this may take a but of time, it is however important not to rush the folding process.
Add your carnation caramel chocolate chips and chunks of Galaxy caramel and fold again.
Last but not least on our Easy guide for Galaxy caramel brownies, slowly pour your finished mixture into your brownie tin and evenly spread out your mixture, ensuring that you gently push the mixtures into the corners.
Next, place your brownies into the over for 20 minutes. In order to check if your brownies are ready, gently shake the tin to check if the brownie is wobbling in the middle. If so, continue cooking and check every few minutes.
To finish off your brownies, leave in the tin until they are completely cooled then remove an cut.
